One of the first vineyards established in the Cromwell region Olssens offers wine tasting, sales (and in the summer light lunches) in a beautiful garden setting, dotted with interesting sculptures. http://www.olssens.co.nz
Carrick grows and makes 100% organic wines from vineyards adjacent to their restaurant.
Their belief in sustainability and organics are reflected in the food you will eat. Many of the herbs, eggs and garnishes come from their own gardens, supplemented with produce from local artisan suppliers as the seasons permit.
