Self Contained Cottage Accommodation Tariff

Rascal and Moonlight Cottages:

Each of these cottages has one king size bed only and only sleeps two people.

Cottage only:	$185.00 per night, for two people
Cottage plus Breakfast Hamper:	$210.00 per night, for two people
Continental Breakfast Hamper:	$25.00 for two people

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include all taxes.

Celebration Cottage:

Has one king size bed, one king single bed and if required, a rollaway single bed.

Cottage only:	$185.00 per night for up to two people
Additional People:	$30.00 per night, per person
Continental Breakfast Hamper:	$25.00 ($12.50 per person)

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include all taxes.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Tariff

Includes a generous continental breakfast served on fine china and linen, at your convenience.

Queen Room:	$165.00 per night
All prices are in New Zealand	dollars and include all taxes.

General Terms

Check in time:	From 2.00pm-8.00pm (or by prior arrangement)
Check out time:	10.00am Summer (1 October to 30 April) 11.00am Winter (1 May to 30 September) It is so quiet here, many people sleep in past checkout time (and that's the whole point of relaxing isn't it??) If you require a later check out please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Lavender Bookings are confirmed by either phone or email with details.

We accept VISA or Mastercard credit card payments or cash.

Alternatively, there are ATM machines available in Cromwell which is just 3km away.

Reservation Requirements

In order to confirm a booking, we need you to supply us with your Visa or Mastercard details.

Please Note: Your card will not be charged before you arrive, unless of a late cancellation or failure to show.

Alternatively, you may check availability or book and pay online directly.

Cancellation Policy

Burn Cottage Retreat is a small business and cancellations have a significant impact.

If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of your stay, 50% of the total accommodation booking charge will apply.

If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of your stay, 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Failure to show for booked accommodation will also be charged at the full rate.

Please note, if we are able to re-sell the accommodation you had booked with us, no charge will be made.

We do recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect against any costs incurred as a result of unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
